Who can use Flexi Contracts?
Anyone can use Flexi Contracts. Our underwriting is based on common sense. Proof of Repaymentability or an increased deposit may be required in some cases. In the case of customers with no history in this country and/or where they are tenants we may request a guarantor.

How does Company hire work?
Additional checks are required to ensure that the applicant has the authority from the Company to sign the rental agreement. In most cases a Director will need to sign the paperwork and to present details to us.

How is payment taken?
The deposit is normally paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer. Depending on the term of the agreement we will either take monthly payments from the credit card or by direct debit every month. Unfortunately we are unable to take payments by Visa Electron, Solo or any prepaid debit/credit cards or by a third party credit card except in special circumstances e.g. parent, football club, company etc.

When are you open?
Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 6.00 except Bank Holidays.

Are there any additional costs?
Providing the mileage allowance is adhered to, vehicles returned in the same condition as when delivered and fuel levels are the same then there should be no extra charges. We retain the right to apply any additional charges after the period of hire should they come to light.

What happens if I damage the vehicle and do not wish to claim on my insurance?
Under no circumstances can we accept any repairs carried out by a third party without our consent. Contact us immediately so that we can assess the damage and give you a quote for the repair.

Do you offer delivery and collection?
We offer free delivery and pickup within the M25. Additional charges apply for this service outside the area.

What do I do in the event of an accident?
Contact our helpline immediately. Obtain the details of the other party(s), inform your insurance company.

Do you provide breakdown cover?
We provide full breakdown cover at no extra cost. Full instructions are given in the car manual supplied with your vehicle.

What do I do in the event that the car is stolen?
Call our helpline immediately. Contact the Police, obtain a crime reference number and inform us.

Who pays for road traffic offences and other fines?
You are responsible for all fines resulting from road traffic offences and fines such as clamping. In the event that that we discover unpaid bills after the hire period we will look to you to reclaim this money plus an additional administrative charge of £60 for each offence.

What is your fuel policy?
All vehicles are provided on a Like for Like basis. A charge is levied on per 1/8th tank.

Do you have any cleaning charges?
We expect you to look after the car as if it was your own and we have a strict NO SMOKING policy in all our cars. In the event that the car is returned in an unclean state an additional deep clean valet charge of £150 will be deducted from your deposit.

How often are your vehicles serviced?
All vehicles are serviced in line with the manufactures recommendations. We will inform you at the time of hire when this is to happen and make arrangements to recall the vehicle. We will give you a replacement vehicle for the period.

Congestion Charges / Parking Charges/ Clamping and other penalties
These are the responsibility of the hirer and will be deducted from the deposit or from the credit card details given.

What will you do with my data after my agreement is finished?
We operate a strict policy ensuring the safety of your data and will shed supporting information after the hire of the vehicle. All your data will be kept secure. Your contact details will be kept on our database and you may receive information from our group of companies unless you inform us that you do not wish to receive it. Your data will not be given to any third party unless we receive your expressed permission.
